Dinner menu for the month of February. Dinner Service starts at 5 pm daily. Open Monday through Saturday. No dinner service on Sunday.

Grist Mill Holiday Bacon wrapped 1/2 chicken that is slow cooked and served with Cannonsburg Village Smoked Apple BBQ sauce, sweet potato puree, and HCI Brussels sprouts

Cut daily, sauced with oyster mushroom béchamel and served with garlic and herb mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans with caramelized cipollini onions
